Location: Memphis, TN

CORY is hiring an affordable housing Property Manager who is passionate and driven about the affordable housing real estate sector.

About Our Client:

Our client is an established real estate management firm with a national footprint and a reputation for success and career growth

Your Responsibilities as a Leader:

  • Manage day-to-day operations for a ~300-unit HUD/LIHTC community.

  • Coach, train, and develop a team, including maintenance and leasing staff.

  • Develop and manage the operating income/expense budgets.

  • Adhere to all compliance regulations and housing laws.

  • Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction.

The Skills & Experience You Possess:

  • Collaborative Mindset: Thrive in a team environment.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Yardi, Onesite, OnSite software programs is preferred.
