Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Property Manager for the Monticello Apartments in Memphis, Tennessee.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the property, its amenities, and the surrounding community.
- Manage all aspects of leasing, including showings, applications, and resident onboarding.
- Collect and process rental payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Record and analyze daily traffic information to inform business decisions.
- Respond to and resolve resident service requests and maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of model apartments, common areas, and community amenities to ensure high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Assist in the inspection of vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents.
- Assume the duties of the property manager as needed and perform other tasks as directed by management.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in residential management or leasing.
- Proficiency in property management software, preferably OneSite or Yardi.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling.
- Ability to walk the property, which may include climbing stairs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
- Pass a credit check, background check, and drug screening.
