Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Property Manager for the Monticello Apartments in Memphis, Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the property, its amenities, and the surrounding community.
  • Manage all aspects of leasing, including showings, applications, and resident onboarding.
  • Collect and process rental payments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Record and analyze daily traffic information to inform business decisions.
  • Respond to and resolve resident service requests and maintenance issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections of model apartments, common areas, and community amenities to ensure high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Assist in the inspection of vacant apartments to prepare them for new residents.
  • Assume the duties of the property manager as needed and perform other tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in residential management or leasing.
  • Proficiency in property management software, preferably OneSite or Yardi.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible scheduling.
  • Ability to walk the property, which may include climbing stairs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
  • Pass a credit check, background check, and drug screening.
