Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAccounts Payable CoordinatorPay Rate: $25-28 /hourHours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Location: Plano, TX DFW homebuilder is looking for a skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible. The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for the processing and payment of invoices and contract payments, generating reports and other accounting functions as needed to ensure accurate, timely payments and financial reporting. As a Member of This Team:
  • Accounts payable processing to include coding, input, reconciliation and payment processing
  • Support CFO and accounting team with clerical accounting functions
  • Assist with general ledger reconciliation
  • Assist with other accounting tasks, including setting up and maintaining various spreadsheets for tracking and analysis
  • Data entry, shared file maintenance and other tasks as required to support the accounting team
You Will Need:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate Degree preferred
  • 2 years accounts payable experience
  • Construction experience preferred but not necessary and homebuilding accounting experience helpful
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting systems, Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Professionally perform multiple, detailed-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
  • Possess strong work ethic, integrity, loyalty and initiative in getting things done
  • Team player with the ability to work well under pressure
