We are hiring a Customer Service Inbound II (Bilingual) for one of our clients in Hamilton, NJ.

Job Description:

  • Handle incoming Medicaid Hotline calls.
  • Must be bilingual.
  • Answering Medicaid clients' questions
  • Making referrals to other Medicaid units
  • Looking up Medicaid client's eligibility
  • Keep updated on changes to Medicaid policies and guidelines.

Skills required:

  • Bilingual

Experience Required

  • Call Center Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
  • Bi-Lingual - Spanish/English
  • Phone Skills

Work hours:

  • 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Lunch period: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM (Unpaid)
