1. Review assessments from referring facilities and note problems/issues that require further attention
2. Gather comprehensive diagnostic information through reading psychosocial assessment interview
3. Identify problem areas that may affect treatment and/or need to be addressed in treatment planning
4. Aid in development of a comprehensive problem list that reflects clients individual issues
5. Follow comprehensive treatment plan with that effectively addresses client issues
6. Document clients progress accurately as it relates to treatment goals and objectives
7. Assist clients in gaining group process skills
8. Track clients clinical problems in group
9. Address problem behaviors
10. Utilize experiential techniques effectively
11. Create atmosphere in which self-disclosure is facilitated
12. Conduct educational groups (lectures/videos/discussions) effectively
13. Adhere to time schedules
14. Follow clearly stated treatment goals and objectives that are measurable
15. Develop interventions that will accomplish goals and objectives and state the planned frequency of interventions
16. Participate effectively in multidisciplinary treatment plan reviews, demonstrating adequate preparation and understanding of Patient issues, progress, areas of resistance, positive and negative strategies, etc.
17. Assist clients gain insight into problems

Clinical Hours Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 6pm - 9pm
