As a warehouse clerk/material handler at Maxxima, you’ll play a vital role in fulfilling customer orders and transporting products within the warehouse to ensure our customers receive their products accurately and on time. You’ll be part of a team committed to delivering innovative LED lighting and electrical products for the heavy-duty (HD) truck and consumer markets to use on the road and at home.
This warehouse opportunity is a full-time role and works within our warehouse location in Hauppauge, NY. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Overtime is required based on business needs.

Here's What You'll Do:
- Pick, Pack, Ship and receive customer orders using handheld (RF) scanning devices
- Inspect pick locations for replenishment and organization
- Assist the receiving team with loading/unloading of incoming/outgoing shipments
- Conduct daily cycle counts of our inventory
- Help the team keep our warehouse clean and organized
- Work collaboratively and independently on special warehouse projects as needed
- Work with a sense of urgency to ensure production goals are met
- Ensure physically demanding work is done with a high focus on safety
Here's What's Needed:
- 3+ years of warehouse distribution and/or material handler experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and motorized warehouse equipment in accordance with safety requirements
- Navigate within a WMS an utilize warehouse technologies
- Speak, read, write and understand English to comprehend product and safety instructions and information
- Basic mathematical skills
- Superior attention to detail, organizational and prioritization skills
- Work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
- Stand, walk, bend, and reach for shifts ranging from 8 – 10 hours
- Repetitively lift, carry, push, or pull weights of up to 50 pounds; products vary in weight and size
- Forklift experience is a plus
