Job Summary

Supports IPT design and ISEA efforts.

Telework is supported at 85%. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities and Duties

Demonstrates strong knowledge of STACC Network shore infrastructure, technical writing of test plans, and SOVT documentation. Responsible for technical writing and system support for the STACC Network project for IPT design and ISEA efforts. Tasking includes preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents to include system design, system integration, system operations, testing, and
user documentation. Requires collaboration with Technical Experts and Project Leadership to support
documentation of system within project timelines and external process reviews.

Qualifications and Skills

Required knowledge and years of experience

Must have at least ten (10) years of experience. Must have previous experience with Windows 365 including MS Office and Teams, Atlassian based tools including Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket, Familiar with task management processes such as Agile and SAFe, Familiar with NIWC Program of Record processes such as CMPRO, SPIDER, RMF, FRCB, etc. Direct site technical support.
