Who We Are Looking For:  

The Administrative Business Partner is a key organizational role that supports multiple departments with a wide range of administrative tasks. The ABP acts as a liaison, enhances departmental communications, and assists in the coordination and execution of administrative policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will attain a deep understanding of the business’s operations, from sales and HR to operations and customer service, and will use this knowledge to facilitate smooth and efficient business processes. 

How You Can Help Us Grow: 

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to office management, answering phones, organizing meetings, and preparing reports. 

  • HR Support: Help HR in with onboarding set up and executing, Spanish translation of documents and other communication, and other support as needed.  

  • Client Services and Sales Support: Drafting documents and proposals using company templates, other assistance as needed.  

  • Operations Support: Assisting with various special projects requested by the Operations department.  

  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to set objectives. 

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement across departments and assist in implementing new systems and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness. 

  • Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and presentation of data to support decision-making processes and report on departmental performance. 

  • Event Planning: Coordinate internal events, including meetings, workshops, and team-building activities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and budgets. 

Your Background: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred but not required. 

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to multiple business functions. 

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 

  • Must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish
