Rate: $75 - $80 / hr. w2
Responsibilities of the Chatbot and Power App Systems Engineer:
- Administer and manage Microsoft Power Platform, including Copilot Studio, Power Admin Centre, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and Custom Connector.
- Administer and manage Google Cloud Capabilities, including DialogFlow, Agent Builder, and Vertex AI.
- Provide monitoring tools support for applications built on JAVA, .NET platforms, or SaaS platforms such as Azure Cloud and Power Platform.
- Offer application/platform production support and effectively triage issues.
- Train and mentor team members on technical skills and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of chatbot and Power App solutions.
- Utilize AppDynamics, Splunk, and Autosys for monitoring and troubleshooting.
Requirements of the Chatbot and Power App Systems Engineer:
- 1+ years of expertise in administering Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Admin Centre, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, and Custom Connector).
- 1+ years of expertise in administering Google Cloud Capabilities (DialogFlow, Agent Builder, Vertex AI).
- 5+ years of systems engineering, technology architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- 5+ years of experience providing monitoring tools support for applications built on JAVA, .NET platforms, or SaaS platforms such as Azure Cloud and Power Platform.
- 4+ years of application/platform production support experience with the ability to triage issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train others on the team.
- 2+ years of AppDynamics experience.
- 1+ year of Splunk experience.
- 1+ year of Autosys experience.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
