Schedule: 4 Days On, 4 Days Off - Rotational Shift

Shift Hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Availability: Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Description:

As a Security Company Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our security services. You will be responsible for dispatching calls for service and providing timely responses to emergencies. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment that requires exceptional multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispatch security personnel and respond to service calls in a prompt and efficient manner.

- Answer the dispatch line, providing clear and concise information to callers.

- Coordinate with security officers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including incident reports and service requests.

- Monitor alarms, surveillance cameras, and other security systems to identify and respond to potential threats or issues.

- Communicate effectively with clients, field personnel, and management to relay important information and updates.

- Comply with all company policies and procedures related to security operations.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a safe and secure environment for our clients.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred.

- Ability to work on a rotational shift, including weekends and holidays.

- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Proficiency in using communication and dispatch equipment.

- Knowledge of security systems and emergency response procedures is a plus.

- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.

- Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to the job.
