Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistical operations, including coordinating shipments, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Ensure that all shipments are properly documented, labeled, and tracked to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize delivery routes and minimize costs
- Handle any issues or delays that arise during the transportation process and proactively find solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, delivery schedules, and customer orders
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding transportation, storage, and delivery
- Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including suppliers, carriers, and customers, to ensure smooth operations
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in logistics or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficient in using logistics software and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to transportation and logistics
