Entry Level Sales Account Manager Role and Responsibilities:
- Gain product and service knowledge by attending client meetings related to technology, sales promotions, and products updates
- Execute sales strategy to increase install base adoption and follow-on sales to our existing client base
- Access and update customer accounts through computer-based systems accurately and efficiently
- Provide clients with products and services that exceed their expectations and make their lives a lot easier
- Communicate the perks of our service vs our competitors in the telecommunications industry
- Negotiate new contracts with customers, overturn any objections that may arise, and upsell products to increase sales margins
- Achieve sales revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account
Entry Level Sales Account Manager Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales. Account Management, Entry-Level Management, Client Relations or relevant fields
- Ability to embrace continual change and ambiguity with flexibility and good grace
- Easily approachable, cooperative, and a team player quickly gains the trust and support of clients and fellow associates
- Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly
- Ability to analyze sales processes, create, and implement new strategies to maximize sales.
- Clear spoken and articulate while interacting with clients and conducting sales presentations
