Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in expanding our brand presence and driving customer acquisition and retention through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty industry, proven experience in digital marketing, and a knack for developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns. This role will report to the Creative Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth. Channels include social media, email, paid media, influencer partnerships, and in-store promotions.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the company’s digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising. Ensure all digital efforts align with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content that aligns with EADEM's brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using various analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Brand Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative team to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Integrated Marketing: Create robust, measurable campaign and media strategies that put our customer first, using both creative and analytical thinking.
  • Challenger Mindset: Stay three steps ahead of our target consumer by actively monitoring the cultural and media landscape.
  • Creative Collaboration: Develop clear creative briefs and work closely with the creative team to produce assets that serve our business, brand, and customer experience goals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead marketing campaigns cross-functionally, collaborating with Creative Ops, Creative, Sales, Digital Product, Growth, and Operations teams.
  • Partnership Exploration: Research and execute new partnership opportunities that align with our brand goals.
 

6-Month Expectations:

  • Design and conduct marketing ideation sessions to refresh and energize campaign design.
  • Develop clear creative briefs and work closely with the creative team through production.
  • Lead cross-functional marketing campaigns, ensuring effective delivery and brand alignment.
  • Conduct analysis and deliver regular reports on brand metrics.
  • Support brand budgeting process and calendar management.
  • Explore and identify new partnership opportunities.
 

12+ Month Expectations:

  • Research, develop, and implement new marketing strategies for integrated product and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Define measurable brand goals for each campaign; document and communicate results and learnings.
  • Regularly report on the media landscape and best practices, working closely with the Growth team and media partners.
  • Lead the exploration of partnership opportunities and support their execution.
 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience working with or across multiple marketing channels, ideally in managing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong visual and verbal presentation skills.
    • Aptitude for analytical thinking with a results-driven mindset.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Personality: Passionate self-starter, decisive, and able to move quickly to implement ideas. Willingness to challenge the status quo on media and campaign approaches. Obsession with creating world-class customer experiences.

Compensation & Benefits:

The salary range for the Marketing Manager, based in New York City or San Francisco (Bay Area), is $80,000 to $120,000 per year.
