We have a great opportunity for an experienced Technical Business Process Manager to join our team at Cardinal Ritter Senior Services - Catholic Charities.

As IT Manager, you will oversee systems, networks, applications, and IT resources to ensure clients have stable environments. In addition, you will participate in strategic direction and future state enhancements. This is a hands-on technical role and will require the successful candidate be capable of building strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and manage the on-site IT support team, including co-ordination of the daily workload, 1:1s, development plans, performance management, etc.
  • Act as the point of contact for IT for CRSS employees - championing excellence in availability and delivery.
  • Oversee day to day management of the IT operations and functions. Coordinate, schedule, and participate in wider Catholic Charities IT needs.
  • Maintain robust change management scheduling practices oriented toward high availability and ease of operations.

Requirement skills and experience:

Essential

  • Strong written and personal communication, creative achiever.
  • Experience in Business Process Analysis resulting in successful software selection/development, and implementation.
  • Network, system, and application software infrastructure performance and configuration management.
  • Technical troubleshooting, problem isolation, and availability management experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong technical experience in layered architecture concepts.
  • Experience in change management process and controls.
  • Cloud and virtual topologies, VOIP management.
  • Networking concepts and configuration management (Subnetting, vLAN, Routing, WiFi)
  • Firewall/UTM administration and configuration.

Desirable

  • Experience in coding, scripting, automation, system / application integration.
  • Desktop management & imaging.
  • Open Source concepts, benefits, and risks.
  • Workflow processing tools and concepts.
  • Experience working with managed services, cloud services.
  • Technical documentation, developing formal SLAs, Helpdesk.
  • Understands current technologies and trends.
