Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance requirements and offering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Process: Guide clients through the insurance sales process, explaining coverage options and assisting with policy selections.
  • Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and industry trends to offer informed recommendations to clients.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate client records and documentation to ensure efficient service delivery.

Requirements
  • *MUST BE BILINGUAL
  • Licensing: Possess an active insurance sales license in California or the willingness to obtain one.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
