As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Market research — Performing research to develop a go-to-market strategy that’s unique to the region.
  • Relationship building — Generating relationships with local contacts and working alongside department leads to leverage those relationships and generate business.
  • Competitive analysis — Understanding and developing a local strategy for gaining market share against competitors.
  • Reporting — Tracking KPIs and success rates of the go-to-market strategies and marketing efforts and reporting on trends. Periodically present reports to ownership and team members, detailing outcomes, project advancement, and financial insight.
  • Marketing innovation — Working with department heads on new ideas and execution of existing strategies for brand awareness, conversion, and increasing lifetime value.
  • Project management — Working alongside external resources (agencies, vendors, etc.) as needed to ensure alignment and to manage project deadlines.
  • Sponsorships – Design and assemble comprehensive sponsorship decks to effectively showcase offerings and opportunities to prospective sponsors. Spearhead the identification, negotiation, and securing of sponsorship opportunities, ensuring alignment brand values.
  • Advertising Campaigns – Craft and oversee advertising campaigns tailored to resonate with our target demographics, ensuring tangible ROI.
  • Events – Planning and executing local to generate awareness and collect leads.
  • Collaborate closely with ownership and team members to effectively integrate sponsors into our events, ensuring optimal visibility and engagement. Develop strategies to generate leads for events and banquets, reaching out to potential clientele and highlighting distinctive offerings.
  • Social Media - Initiate social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of relatable hands-on experience preferred
  • Prior experience with Canva and WordPress preferred
  • Keen eye for trends and opportunities
  • Strong project management experience
  • Creative problem-solver with a track record for pitching, planning, and executing to new ideas
  • A highly engaging, extroverted, and professional personality — someone who is excited to meet new people and create relationships
  • A skilled communicator who can eloquently tell our brand story and allow for open communication across departments, external entities, and others
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must always thrive in a collaborative teamwork environment and maintain a positive attitude
