The ideal Medical Surgical Non-Acute Care Sales Rep would have:

  • Medical Surgical Non-Acute Care supply sales experience REQUIRED
  • Industry veteran looking to make a difference, and stay engaged with their existing long term book of business relationships
  • Medical Surgical Non-Acute Care sales executives that want to leverage years of experience to a new solution, with built in support team, allowing for more free time to focus on your relationships- Bring back the fun

  • Independent Sales Account Reps looking for a freelance 1099 role

Summary of Medical Surgical Regional Sales Rep Role:

  • As a freelance Regional Sales Rep, you are responsible for day-to-day interactions with our mutual customers. Influencing them to spend and convert their supply purchases to bttn. Interactions can include face to face, telephone and teleconference touch, with a mixture of all being ideal.
  • Using existing relationships, securing customer commitment to support your efforts to succeed in servicing an increasing percentage of customers overall supply spend
  • Competing with the incumbent supplier to “win” the business
  • Researching customer requested products for best value to our mutual interests.
  • Overall Account Management responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Broad knowledge of the Medical/Surgical distribution business, and the expectations of the customers, and products they use
  • List of “prospect” relationships that are open doors to discuss the bttn solution
  • High degree of urgency in customer interactions
  • The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business relationships
  • Contact potential or existing customers to influence customers to engage business transactions on Medical/Surgical supplies, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory and Equipment. These transactions can occur directly, or by customer using bttn technology platform.
  • Interact 1:1 in influencing by detailing a product or service using relationships, product knowledge, sales savvy and industry experience and what can be considered, natural people skills
  • Be point person to customers in answering questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales and generate Gross Profit, creating long term relationships
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner- attention to details
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Be responsible, and motivated for a target sales goal
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet customer needs and facilitate future sales
  • Prospecting for new customers and making sales presentations to earn new sales

Compensation:

As a 1099 Freelancer, you can set your hours, supplement your income, earn above industry commission percentage rates, and have the opportunity to earn a W2 position if desired, through proven sales performance.

This role is a 100% commission based plan and commissions paid out monthly. However, we offer an “above industry” commission percentage earning potential and flexible approach to compensation. We offer many additional opportunities for compensation monthly, quarterly incentives, potential to earn company equity, referral earning programs and an opportunity to earn a W2 position.
