As Northwest Arkansas' premiere hospice provider, we operate two beautiful inpatient hospice care facilities and offer outpatient hospice services for Benton, Washington, Madison, and Carroll counties. Circle of Life is the largest and most respected hospice in the area, serving the region as a top not-for-profit organization for more than 30 years.

Minimum Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Current Arkansas LPN license without restriction; current satisfactory TB skin test; minimum 1 year nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare facility preferred; at least one year experience is preferred in the areas of home health, hospice, gerontology, geriatrics, acute care & care of the terminally ill. Ability to cope with human suffering, emergencies and other stresses. Should be caring, sympathetic, responsible and detail oriented. Must be able to direct or supervise others, correctly assess patients' conditions and determine when consultation is required. Reliable transportation and a current driver's license with liability insurance.

General Description: Provides nursing and supportive care in accordance w/an interdisciplinary plan of care. Treat patients, educate patients about medical conditions and provide advice and emotional support to patients' family members. Responsible for documentation, operation of medical equipment, and administration of medications. Follows plan of care and works closely with Case Manager, Physician, and other Interdisciplinary Team members to ensure exceptional care.
