Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a highly motivated CPA to join our team as a Tax Compliance Manager. In this role,

you will be in charge of supervising the assignment of duties and training personnel,

as well as ensuring that all engagements are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

You will also be responsible for assisting partners with practice development and firm management.


We are looking for a CPA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance, strong communication

and interpersonal skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,

the ability to develop and maintain client relationships, prepare and review tax returns

for individuals and businesses, research technical tax issues, train and supervise staff,

and work both independently and as part of a team.

Ideal Candidate:


  • Active CPA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance work.
  • Minimum bachelors degree in accounting or related field.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America
  • Ability to work overtime during specific seasonal periods.
