PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Review daily sales summaries and post revenues for corporate stores.
  • Review store transactions to ensure all costs are properly recorded and payments properly applied.
  • Prepare weekly bank reconciliations for corporate stores.
  • Process invoices and vendor payments.
  • Review transactions for proper coding, documentation, and approvals.
  • Assist with the monthly financial closing and review process.
  • Carry out other duties, tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Research discrepancies and issues as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Accounting/Finance Degree required.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented is essential.
  • 3+ years of experience with Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger.
  • A/P Experience a plus.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Food and Beverage experience a plus.
  • Aloha POS experience a plus.
  • Restaurant 365 Accounting Software experience a plus.
