About the Role

This role involves supporting various financial operations including data entry reconciliations and assisting with monthend and quarterend processes. The company provides comprehensive behavioral health services making a significant impact in the community

Responsibilities

  • Expertise in handling large data sets including input analysis and reconciliations.
  • Prepare journal entries and assist with the monthend process requiring prior experience in journal entry preparation.
  • Provide application support to billing accounting compliance and other departments particularly for urgent analytical projects.
  • Assist with the monthend and quarterend close processes.
  • Support interim and annual external audits.
  • Conduct AD HOC analyses and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proficient with MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent strategic analytical and creative thinking aptitude in both an independent and team environment
  • Ability to follow procedures
  • High sense of accuracy and detail oriented.
