We're looking for a dynamic individual bilingual in Spanish and English to join our team as a Appointment Scheduler and Front Desk Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule patient appointments with precision and efficiency.
- Follow up promptly and courteously on phone inquiries.
- Manage messages and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Maintain organization at the front desk to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (High level)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced but FUN environment.
- Team player mindset with a willingness to collaborate. (We welcome and appreciate creativity.)
