The Client Appointment Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing a high volume of incoming communications aimed at scheduling meetings for our clients with our service representatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls and messages promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate appointments for clients while adhering to shop capacity guidelines.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Design and implement outbound marketing campaigns via internet and phone.
  • Track and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts.
  • Oversee and monitor all leads generated.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
  • Manage the daily operations of the business development center.
  • Collaborate closely with executive and departmental managers to formulate effective appointment-setting strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, computer, and basic math skills.
  • Proficient in computer and technology applications.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Competitive and self-driven individual who thrives on achieving goals.
  • Prior sales experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
