The Client Appointment Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing a high volume of incoming communications aimed at scheduling meetings for our clients with our service representatives. This position requires an individual who is exceptionally organized, possesses strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and can uphold a superior level of customer service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls and messages promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate appointments for clients while adhering to shop capacity guidelines.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Design and implement outbound marketing campaigns via internet and phone.
- Track and manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts.
- Oversee and monitor all leads generated.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads.
- Manage the daily operations of the business development center.
- Collaborate closely with executive and departmental managers to formulate effective appointment-setting strategies.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, computer, and basic math skills.
- Proficient in computer and technology applications.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a desire for continuous improvement.
- Competitive and self-driven individual who thrives on achieving goals.
- Prior sales experience is advantageous.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
