Sales and Customer Service Representative

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Sales and Customer Service Representative for a company that specializes in custom fabrication in El Cajon, CA. For immediate consideration, apply today.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotes for customers and promptly follow up.
- Address customer issues as they arise, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with operations staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone.
- Process orders and manage sales transactions efficiently.
- Proactively initiate sales through targeted customer outreach.
- Coordinate effectively between customers and internal departments.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in fencing or construction.
- Familiarity with ERP and/or CRM software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of ornamental iron and fencing materials is beneficial.
- At least one year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong fundamental math skills.
- Ability to work well with others in an office environment.
- Team player with excellent time management skills.
- Able to focus in a high-paced environment.
- Must be willing to relocate to El Cajon, CA 92020.
