What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the enhancement of facilities, focusing on pivotal systems such as HVAC, aiming for peak operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement continuous improvement strategies, elevating our product quality and safety standards.
  • Spearhead cutting-edge projects, from conceptualization to execution, within our manufacturing and packaging domains.
  • Drive rigorous deviation investigations, formulating robust corrective actions to uphold our commitment to excellence.
  • Champion safety culture, proactively addressing potential hazards and fostering a secure working environment.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration, leveraging collective expertise to achieve our ambitious operational goals.

What We're Looking For

  • At least two years of robust experience in managing utility and facility systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the pharmaceutical or food manufacturing sector, especially in facilities engineering roles.
  • Proven track record in leading continuous improvement efforts, with a focus on enhancing product safety and quality.
  • Experience in managing significant projects, showcasing your ability to oversee capital investments effectively.
  • Adept at creating, updating, and maintaining critical documentation, ensuring compliance with our high standards.
  • Ability to work harmoniously within cross-functional teams, contributing to the shared vision and objectives.
  • Flexibility in working hours, with a readiness to support operations beyond conventional times.
  • A strong commitment to adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and operational excellence.
