Responsibilities of the Sales Development Representative:


  1. Make Outbound Calls to verify client information and connect them with the licensed sales team

Requirements

Qualifications for the Sales Development Representative:

  1. Excellent typing skills are required with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute
  2. Candidates must have excellent verbal communication skills including the appropriate tone, pace, inflection, and enthusiasm when speaking to prospects on the phone.
  3. Candidates must have a proven track record of reliability, including showing up on time and not calling out excessively.
  4. Candidates must be self-motivated and determined to achieve goals without constant supervision.
  5. Candidates must be able to work well as part of a team.
