Job SummaryRole Overview: Elevate your culinary career as our Sous Chef, where you'll craft exciting menus, supervise food preparation, and ensure exceptional presentation. Partner with the Executive Chef to innovate and manage culinary operations efficiently. This role is perfect for energetic professionals passionate about culinary excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in financial oversight and cost management.
- Collaborate on menu innovation and planning.
- Lead upscale catering events.
- Roll out new culinary initiatives with our marketing and culinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Background in high-volume, sophisticated foodservice operations.
- Proficient in latest culinary trends, focusing on quality, production, and cost efficiency.
- Computer savvy, especially with MS Office.
- Catering experience and ServSafe certification are pluses.
