Warehouse Associate

Join our team as a Lead Warehouse Associate in our plastic injection molding manufacturing facility. As the lead employee in our warehouse operations, you'll not only handle the primary duties efficiently but also guide and assure the accuracy and efficiency of the work being done.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Lead the loading and unloading of trailers promptly, ensuring safe handling of materials and components.

• Oversee the storage of finished goods and components in designated areas, maintaining a well-organized inventory.

• Ensure accurate completion of paperwork, including bill of lading, pick lists, shipping documentation, and receipting inventory documents.

• Supervise movements, putting away incoming items, and picking products for shipment per customer shipping processes.

• Thoroughly document all shipments and receipts, promptly reporting any discrepancies.

• Facilitate cycle counts of inventory to maintain accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

• Coordinate printing labels and necessary paperwork for shipments, adhering to quality and labeling standards per customer guidelines.

• Oversee the receiving and shipping of products in the ERP system, maintaining digital and physical records of all transactions.

• Report any shortages and out-of-stock items to RELN Operations to ensure a steady supply of inventory.

• Lead efforts to maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area, adhering to safety and quality protocols.

• Provide guidance and support to team members and perform other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and basic computer skills.

• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (valid certification preferred).

• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and inventory management.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Capacity to lift and carry heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.

• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory efficiently and prioritize tasks.

• Problem-solving aptitude to address discrepancies and unexpected situations.

• Adherence to safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.

• Location: FMT 2000 Industrial Dr Findlay, Ohio 45840, and other local facilities as needed.

• This position will report to the RELN Account Manager.
