RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:

  • Market candidates for full-time placement
  • Working in a full cycle recruitment environment (sourcing through placement)
  • Developing relationships with hiring managers and building a business partnership
  • Visits and partners with hotspots of talent (universities, Meetup.com groups, etc.)
  • Develop new client companies through marketing calls and other marketing sources
  • Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Build loyalty and relationships with clients and candidates, and maintain contact with them 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • MUST HAVE 6 month minimum Staffing industry experience
  • Sales and Account Management Experience
  • Previous experience working with a variety of social media platforms 
  • The ability to work autonomously and independently 
  • Previous account management or client management experience   
  • Must be fueled by relationship building and bringing in business

It would be great if you had these:

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • Full cycle direct hire recruiting experience 
  • Executive search experience
