 The ideal candidate will LOVE working with people and have the following qualifications: 
  • 2+ years of experience in a dental practice working with insurance  
  • Great customer service skills and a passion for working with people
  • Understanding of clinical procedures and CDT 
  • Proficiency in dental insurance plans required
  • Experience presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
  • Knowledge and experience with electronic claims submission
  • Experience executing preauthorizations and posting payments
  • Fun, kind, positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable  
  • Ambition to grow into leadership role

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, leaning and bending

Compensation: $22-$28/hr depending on experience
