Atlas Autism Health in St. Louis, MO is looking for a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our passionate team. At Atlas Autism Health, we are committed to providing top-notch care for preschool-aged children diagnosed with autism, focusing on each child's unique strengths and abilities. You will play a crucial role in providing 1:1 therapy and creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential. Compensation:

$17 - $19 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 therapy to children with autism in a full-time center-based setting
  • Implement individualized behavior programs for patients guided by BCBA
  • Collect treatment data electronically via the program as required
  • Participate in daily circle time and social skills groups with learners
  • Help train new behavior technicians on an assigned team
  • Participate in monthly all-team meetings
  • Willingness to support clients with potty training, including diaper changes as needed
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18+ of age
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field (ABA, Early Childhood Education, Psychology, etc.) is preferred but not required
  • Actively certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) OR pursue certification within 2 months of hire. Training costs are covered by Atlas.
  • Additional experience in the ABA community is highly valued
  • Ability to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run
