A day in the life of an Accounting Associate
  • AP/AR tasks, such as data entry, reconciliations, and report generation.
  • Filing, document tracking, and general office work.
  • Managing correspondence and responding to customer calls in a timely manner.

Requirements for the Accounting Associate position
  • Previous AP/AR experience in an office environment.
  • Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Microsoft Dynamics and/or JD Edwards is a bonus.
