Marcomm Inc. is hiring for a Digital Asset Management Specialist

This is a 12-month full-time contract position that is hybrid (2 - 4 days/week) onsite in Maplewood, MN.

The Digital Asset Management Specialist will manage our client's Commercial Branding & Transportation Division’s digital and physical marketing assets, ensuring compliance, completeness, and timely updates. Responsibilities include overseeing the asset routing process, making simple edits in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, and managing more complex revisions through an external agency. You'll also handle ADA compliance through third-party vendors, manage asset relations, and upload necessary files.

This role involves producing webinars for U.S. and Canadian audiences, utilizing the managed assets, and ensuring proper setup and execution. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain the process documentation, stay updated with corporate changes, and train others on new materials and tools.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Digital Asset Management using Adobe AEM/HAMR, ensuring proper cataloging and compliance.
  • Leading asset routing and approval processes.
  • Serving as the content custodian, driving accuracy and consistency across approved assets.
  • Partnering with teams to complete metadata and prepare asset folders to meet deadlines.
  • Creating, optimizing, and maintaining training materials and procedures.
  • Monitoring and improving content review, approval processes, and workflows, identifying enhancements, and reporting on process performance.
  • Acting as the primary contact for system and status inquiries.
  • Obtaining French Canadian translations as needed.

Skills, Knowledge, & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator for basic edits and file creation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital content basics is beneficial.
  • Experience working with agencies and previous digital asset management experience are advantages.
  • Fluency in French Canadian is a plus.
