In this role, you will be responsible for selling health insurance products to individuals and families while providing expert guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients through various methods such as referrals, networking, outbound calls, and handling incoming inquiries.
  • Evaluate the needs of clients and suggest suitable health insurance products and coverage plans.
  • Explain the features and benefits of various health insurance plans to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering continuous support and assistance.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to deliver a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
Qualifications
