HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Director of Quality for a 250+ bed hospital in California. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Daily operation of Quality, Risk, and Patient Safety
- Gap analysis and continuous survey readiness
- Supporting the organization's mission and vision through planning, designing, and evaluating Performance Improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; RN required
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' progressive experience in Quality in an acute care setting combined with 3 years managing an organization's Quality Program, knowledge of accreditation and licensing requirements.
- Licensure: CA RN license required
- Certifications: CPHQ preferred
