Job Title: Medical Quality Director

Job Summary:

As a Medical Quality Director at Publicis Groupe, you will be responsible for facilitating the creative development and production process between clients, design agencies, and media partners to ensure timely and accurate execution of digital ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple complex campaigns and lines of businesses
- Manage, execute, and oversee the development of creative video and custom program development, including production timelines and technical specifications
- Manage and oversee the internal creative traffic process from ideation to launch
- Strategize and partner with agency teams to establish baseline project plans for all agency deliverables
- Manage and oversee the Quality Control process to ensure
- Develop reports and documentation to keep clients and agency informed on projects and campaigns

Requirements:

- 5 years of agency and strong project management experience
- Experience with agencies that have a heavy production environment is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills
- Advanced understanding of the advertising industry and multiple media types
- Strong knowledge of digital media creative specs and IAB standards
