Responsibilities

Client Reception: Greet clients with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing a positive first impression of our agency.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, and maintaining office supplies.

Phone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance.

Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, providing information on our services and guiding them through the next steps.

Appointment Coordination: Schedule client appointments and ensure that all necessary information is gathered and prepared for each appointment.


Requirements

Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude.

Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
