DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 4-7 years of experience in Treasury including cash forecasting, cash & debt management
  • MBA and Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) a plus
  • Skilled in Power BI, Dynamics 365, OneStream and Kyriba
  • Strong work ethic and quantitative abilities
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS THE MANAGER OF TREASURY?
  • Cash Management including managing corporate and regional cash holdings
  • Cash Forecasting - lead and improve to maximize cash flows
  • Debt Management including executing funding and investment strategies
  • Reporting & compliance associated with global cash, investment, debt & intercompany positions
  • Capital structure -recommendations and execution of transactions in debt & equity capital markets
  • Working capital optimization including a global credit policy
  • Financial risk management including interest rate and foreign exchange risk and related hedging; support annual Insurance renewals
  • Cultivating internal and external relationships to support specific treasury needs
  • Developing a continuous process improvement strategy, including automation
