  • 10 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Customer Acquisition/Retention/Satisfaction.
  • 5 years of experience leading a team and department in a related field.
  • Provide oversight of the day-to-day responsibilities of the account management team
  • Utilize various process improvement methodologies to create and enhance existing customer service and experiences
  • Analyze complex problems or situations and develop effective solutions
  • Build and lead Account Management teams and create processes and frameworks for scalability and growth
  • Engage the organization in managing customer relationships, revenue, and profit
  • Present and explain Finexio portfolio, communicate industry best practices, and drive revenue targets
  • Communicate customers/prospects business needs to the larger sales and operations team
  • Influence cross-company agreement on how to deliver the greatest value to customers and drive revenue targets
  • Create and improve processes for a standardized customer experience
  • Work with all internal Operations leaders to ensure buy-in and support for all customer focused initiatives
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure customer objectives and seamless transition to Onboarding
Experience needed:
  • Ten (10) years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Customer Acquisition/Retention/Satisfaction
  • Five (5) years of experience leading a team and department in a related field
  • Ability to provide internal and external customers with courteous and professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience building and leading Account Management teams and creating processes and frameworks for scalability and growth
