About the Role: As a Personal Assistant at Pattern Promotions, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executives, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the executives.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
