The Medical Assistant will Perform administrative duties under the direction of the physician or other health care provider which include and are not limited to the following:
- Organize and maintaining medical records and equipment.
- Documenting information within patient medical records.
- Conducting pre-visit planning by reviewing and updating patient charts prior to appointment.
- Assisting providers and nurses with medical and office procedures including blood draws, EKGs, minor procedures, and rooming of patients within the scope of practice.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Current BLS is preferred
Willing to train if the applicant has appropriate experience in Health Care.
