The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of customers by serving as their primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, and facilitating successful onboarding. This role involves proactive communication, relationship-building, and collaboration with internal teams.

 

JOB DUTIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post award.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to address inquiries, request and provide status updates on deliverables, and provide timely support.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Engineering & Design, Project Management and Installation, to ensure alignment with customer needs and priorities.
  • Prepare and provide documentation including schedules and preparedness checklists.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and deliverables.
  • Confirming and coordinating customer facility entry requirements.
  • Distribution of customer project completion reports to customers and internal teams.
  • Maintaining Field Service team calendar to ensure jobs are staffed 2 weeks in advance.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Some experience with an MRP or CRM system.
  • Ability to read drawing Bill Of Materials.
  • Highly organized, initiative-taker, with willingness to learn.
  • Experience in collaborating with internal teams which may include engineering, design, procurement, production, and installation.
  • Experience in collaborating with external stakeholders which may include customers, vendors, General Contractors, and external engineers or architects.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment (any industry).

 

JOB ENVIRONMENT:

Fast paced manufacturing work environment

Overtime may be required.

Full-time, permanent position w/excellent benefits.
