Your role as a Project Manager & Field Engineer

What we're looking for in a Project Manager & Field Engineer

To excel in the role of Project Manager & Field Engineer at Valco Industries, candidates should possess a minimum of a two-year technical degree in an engineering-related field or equivalent experience, with a strong preference for individuals enrolled in an Industrial Controls or Mechanics Technician program. Additionally, 3+ years of relevant field experience in construction, mechanical, and electrical systems is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills, along with the ability to read, interpret, and create blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings. Multi-lingual skills, particularly Spanish, are highly desired.

An analytical mindset to solve problems efficiently and the willingness to travel overnight to customer locations, with an estimated travel of about 50%, are essential for success in this role. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
