Top Flight Electric is currently hiring for a full-time Lead Electrical Tech and a $500 sign-on bonus, to educate our clients on electrical safety issues as you diagnose and repair electrical issues in the homes of our Winter Haven, FL clients. This electrician position performs any and all residential electrical services including the installation of outlets, fixtures, panels, etc. This residential electrician position earns top base pay + performance-based bonuses, resulting in earning of $55,000 to $100,000+ per year. We are local industry leaders in this essential trade and believe that hard work can also be fun.

LEAD ELECTRICAL TECH REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years field experience as a service electrician
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug test and a background check
  • ServiceTitan experience a plus
  • Comfortable in attic crawls and ditch digging
