Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights that support decision-making and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements, develop analytical solutions, and communicate findings effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.

  2. Data Visualization: Create visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or others to present data findings in a clear and actionable manner.

  3. Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support predictive analytics and data-driven decision-making.

  4. Report Generation: Prepare and present reports that summarize findings, explain trends, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

  5. Data Quality and Integrity: Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, cleansing, and verification processes.

  6. Business Insights: Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions that address key business challenges.

  7. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

  8. Documentation: Maintain documentation of data analysis processes, methodologies, and results for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience (X years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, R, or others.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques is a plus.
