We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Business Development Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in scheduling necessary service work, maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business, and fostering a positive environment within our dealership. Service Business Development Assistant Compensation and Benefits: 

Service Business Development Assistant Competitive Salary:  $20.00/hr, plus bonus opportunities.

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):We prioritize work-life balance, offering industry-leading PTO. New full-time employees accrue 4 hours per pay period, totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers at least 5 paid holidays per year to Service Business Development Assistant subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy. 

Service Business Development Assistant Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule Service Appointments.
  • Work with Advisors and act as liaison to Service customers.
  • Check in Service customers as needed.
  • Maintain customer relationships to insure repeat and referral business.
  • Operate multi-line phone system.
  • Operate computer and scheduling system.
  • Operate chat system.
  • Act as cashier as needed.
  • Support various roles in the department as needed. 
  • Maintain courteous and professional disposition.

Service Business Development Assistant Qualifications: 

  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software. 
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook)
