Responsibilities

Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new commercial insurance clients through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Risk Assessment: Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage tailored to their business requirements.

Policy Management: Maintain accurate records, review policies annually, and suggest updates to ensure proper coverage.

Client Retention: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their continued trust and satisfaction.

Manage existing commercial lines book of business.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, insurance products, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.


Requirements

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License

Experience: Demonstrated experience in commercial or personal insurance sales or related field or commercial lines account executive looking to make the switch to sell and earn more income.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Customer Focus: Strong dedication to meeting client needs and exceeding expectations

Adaptability: Ability to effectively work in a hybrid remote work environment

Collaborative: Team player with a focus on building positive relationships

Technology Proficient: Familiarity with insurance software systems
