Summary:

As a Cabinet Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial consultation to project completion. In addition to prospecting and generating new business opportunities, you will be responsible for measuring kitchens, facilitating cabinet orders, processing payments, and coordinating pick-up or delivery schedules. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and hands-on experience in the home remodeling industry.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads, including homeowners, contractors, architects, and interior designers, through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct sales consultations and meetings with clients to assess their cabinetry needs, showcase product options, and provide pricing estimates.
  • Measure kitchens and other spaces to accurately determine cabinet dimensions and layout requirements for each project.
  • Collaborate with clients to select cabinet styles, finishes, and accessories that meet their design preferences and budget constraints.
  • Prepare and submit detailed quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients, outlining project specifications, pricing, and payment terms.
  • Process payments from clients using payment processing tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Place cabinet orders with suppliers or manufacturers, verifying product specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate pick-up or delivery schedules with clients and logistics partners, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of orders.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction with their purchases, address any concerns or issues, and identify opportunities for additional sales or referrals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the home remodeling or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Hands-on experience measuring kitchens or other interior spaces, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and related products.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools and software, such as tape measures, laser levels, and CAD programs.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
