We are seeking a passionate, motivated, strong leader with a positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills & the ability to put forth great effort and COMMITMENT If you have Strong automotive Fixed Operations experience and proven track record in an Automotive Dealership setting, we want to meet you FORD experience is a plus. High CSI scores and verifiable references will be required. Candidates local to our area are preferred. AUTO/MATE software knowledge is also a plus.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Generates revenue, communicates with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction
  • Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity
  • Oversees employee training and development
  • Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns
  • Maintains customer records
  • Ensures a safe working environment
  • Ensures that equipment is properly maintained and repaired
  • Knowledge of warranty procedures, work scheduling etc. is required
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must have supervisory experience and leadership skills
  • Basic understanding of business management
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
