What will you be doing?
- Train AI models and validate their quality and performance
- Create and test AI models for real-time performance and accuracy
- Develop and implement a labeling strategy for all training data
- Collaborate with technical and support teams
- Conduct visual audits of live data to ensure accuracy
- Provide feedback on image inputs, including geospatial data
- Will troubleshoot technical issues and be proactive
- Troubleshoot and support AI related incidents
What are the minimum qualifications?
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience needed
- 5+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis or geospatial
- Background in fusing intelligence to better identify and mitigate threats
- Must have experience in full-motion video, static cameras, and/or drone cameras
- Experience in data analysis tools such as ArcGIS, SQL, Palantir
- Skilled in Advanced Excel, Tableau
- U.S. military experience required
- Completed at least one year deployed overseas in the Middle East
- Open to relocating to the Middle East for 1 to 2 years

Total Compensation Package
- 115k 125k + Bonus up to 50% = Total Compensation of 175k 190k
